1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tirupati Agro Industries. By browsing this website, requesting quotes, or executing purchase contracts for our premium Environmentally Controlled (EC) poultry setups and structural systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms establish a legal agreement between you (the "Client" or "Operator") and Tirupati Agro Industries ("Company", "we", or "us"). If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using this website and consult our support team prior to purchasing setups.

2. Engineering Delivery & Setup Scope

Tirupati Agro Industries specializes in delivering customized turnkey poultry farming structures, climate automation controllers, and livestock safety setups:

• Project Scope: The specific layout dimensions, equipment specs, fan layouts, and automation thresholds are explicitly detailed in your signed commercial proposal.
• Calibration Services: We calibrate climate configurations based on geographical weather registries in Odisha or local installation nodes. However, ongoing environmental management remains the operator's operational task.
• Timeline Estimates: Construction and installation durations are estimated guidelines. We are not liable for standard environmental or logistical delays (such as extreme heat, monsoon cycles, or transport bottlenecks).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All structural drawings, ventilation blueprints, smart climate control configurations, brand styles, visual code elements, and graphics published on this platform or supplied within our user manuals are protected intellectual property:

• License Limits: Clients receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to operate the integrated firmware and software controls solely on the specific controllers installed by the Company.
• No Reverse Engineering: Clients may not copy, reverse-engineer, or duplicate Tirupati's signature structural blueprints or controller circuit calibration files for third-party commercial sale.

4. Client Site Responsibilities

To ensure a successful and structurally sound EC poultry house setup, the Client must guarantee:

• Site Clearances: Valid land permissions, municipal permits, and structural clearances required under regional laws of Odisha or the respective state.
• Utility Baselines: Uninterrupted electricity feeds, backup generator networks matching the total load requirements, and clean water pipelines satisfying cooling pad systems.
• Operational Access: Unimpeded road access for transport logistics, crane equipment, and installation crews.

5. Equipment Warranties & Support

We pride ourselves on using durable, high-efficiency equipment:

• Warranty Duration: Mechanical ventilation components, climate controllers, feeding automation parts, and structural steel panels carry specific warranty periods detailed in your official bill of sale.
• Exclusions: Warranties are voided by operator neglect, unauthorized system changes, severe power surges (without surge protectors), or acts of God (lightning strikes, high-impact storms, cyclonic weather).
• Alert Failures: Critical notifications pushed over cloud pipelines or WhatsApp alert tools are secondary support services. The Operator must maintain primary on-site hardware alarm sounders.

6. Limitation of Liability

Precision poultry farming is highly sensitive to external variables. The Client explicitly acknowledges and accepts the following limitations:

Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim associated with our systems, engineering deliveries, or installation processes shall not exceed the total cash sum paid by the Client to the Company for that specific project setup.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms, websites, commercial agreements, and legal disputes are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal challenge, claim, or arbitration proceeding originating from these agreements or your interaction with Tirupati Agro Industries setups shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Khordha / Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
